気温が一桁代になると寒いです。

Goldwaxのコンピを聞いていてます。Spencer Wigginsとかでありますね。
1960年代のソウルは、今のカントリーよりものんびりしている感じがするというか、思うに今よりいい時代だったのかもしれない。
ソフトにコントロールされるより、目に見えた鎖の方が、相手にしやすいから。

1960年代から70年代初めにかけて、アメリカでは、大統領二人をクーデタで葬り去ったには、それなりに理由があるのでしょう。
ウォータゲート事件は、報道された当時から現在まで一般に思われているほど単純な話ではないのだと最近、考え始めていて。

音楽のことを書くつもりはないのだけれど、このブログでほとんど全く採り上げないイギリスのビッグ・ネームが二つあるわけですが、それには理由があって、彼らがアメリカの60年代の音楽に与えた影響よりも、彼らが、自らがアメリカ音楽業界に与えた影響のフィードバックを受けたことについて考えているので、なかなか書けない。いや、納屋の奥にしまってあるから聞くのが面倒なだけ。
納屋から出せばいいのに?面倒くさい。まあ、それくらいの位置づけだってことか。

議会が開会する前からレイム・ダック、大統領は、腰が定まらない。どこの国も同じような状況に陥っているのが現在の世界ですか。

アメリカは、内部告発者に報奨金が出ます。それを増やそうと。
脱税告発者も告発して摘発された税額に応じた報奨金の出る国ですから。

報奨金が出るとはいうものの、現実は、内部告発者にとっては厳しい生活が待ち受けているわけで、それ相応に見合ったものを出そうということですね。
IRSの報奨金は、2006年改正法で引き上げられています。
